Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
After your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.
If there is a delay in fulfillment due to high demand or inventory updates, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders within the United States arrive within 5–10 business days.
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and the postal service in your area.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — when active, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Shipping Options
We ship exclusively within the United States using trusted carriers that provide tracking for every order.
At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the continental United States.
Orders placed with these addresses may be subject to cancellation and refund.

The Lost Ways is not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@globalbrother.com, and we’ll help investigate the issue.
